Room + Meals
ROOMS
All rooms cost $315* for the weekend & may be reserved as either:
-Private Room OR
-Dorm Room/Shared Room*
*We have reserved 2 rooms already for guys/girls Encompass dorm rooms with a MAX ROOM COST per person of $45.
-Non-Encompass shared room/dorm room: If you would like to organize an additional shared room/dorm room (with 2-10 people), please choose your roommates and divide the cost among yourselves.
ALL roommates should register & pay for their meals, but have 1 person register as the room organizer and pay for the room.
*Most rooms sleep up to 10 people, with 2 on a queen bed and the rest on bunks. Rooms have 2 showers, 1 bathroom, a fridge, coffee pot, & microwave.
*Cost per person is divided among the people staying in the room.
MEALS
3 caffeteria meals will be served:
Sat lunch & dinner
Sun lunch
$32/person covers all caffeteria meals (6yr-adult)
(5yr and under-FREE)
BYO Breakfast
1. PAY IN FULL: Room cost + meal cost for all people in the room
2. DEPOSIT:
---PRIVATE ROOM: $100 Remainder due by 2/15/25.
---ENCOMPASS DORM Bunk: $32 (Meal cost)
Room fees $45 will be due by 2/15/25.
---NON-ENCOMPASS SHARED ROOM/DORM: $32 (Meal cost)
Pay your room fees to your dorm organizer.
Payments may be made through this form below.
OR
Pay by check. Make it out to CrossWay Church, & put "Retreat 2025" on the memo line. Give it to Jenny Kimber (Registration not complete until the deposit is received.)
OR
Payments may be made at any time between now and Feb 15th ONLINE (crosswaytallahassee.org/give) Choose "Retreat Fund" from the dropdown menu.
